I am fascinated by rutilated
quartz. I prefer the black needle variety as my wardrobe mostly consists of black and this makes for great everyday wear without
much thought. If you are like me, and black is a staple in your closet, you may consider adding a few rutilated quartz pieces.
I find it mysterious and mesmerizing with its black needles running throughout the clear crystal and wonder how it got there,
each needle so perfectly straight. It is said to have a high energy charge and helps get energy moving on all levels.
These
little faceted onion briolettes truly give the full 3D effect of the black needles in the quartz. I could stare at them
for hours. The transparency of the quartz makes the entire entity very intriguing in the light.

These faceted marquise cut seafoam green colored aqua chalcedony briolettes are
the prettiest shade for summer. A light aqua or mint green, they work so well with the oxidized silver. I handwrapped them
in sterling silver wire and hung them from my handcrafted sterling silver round earwires. The brios measure 8.5mm wide by

I have handcrafted these sweet little fine silver hearts out of Precious Metal Clay (PMC) that I have left
bright. I like how the brightness of the silver adds to the cheeriness of the earrings. They also have a lovely leafy/floral
texture to them. I have hung them from very petite sterling silver ball french earwires. They measure approximately .75"
(1.9cm) from the tops of the earwires.
These hearts are .999 fine silver. PMC is composed of pure silver particles suspended
in an organic binder. Once fired in a kiln the binder burns off leaving a component that is .999 silver which is higher content
