A very rich combination, amethyst
and citrine with 14kt gold fill. I have handwrapped a faceted fan cut amethyst briolette in 14kt gold filled wire.
To it I have handwrapped faceted ametrine abacus wheels with 14kt gold filled beads and bead caps on 14kt gold filled wire
and linked them all together to form a completely hand fabricated necklace. Ametrine is a gorgeous stone that is half
citrine and half amethyst with varying shades. Some beads have literally half citrine and half amethyst in them while
others may be entirely citrine or entirely amethyst. Shades range from nearly clear to yellow to grape purple.
The ametrine wheels measure 10x6mm each while the amethyst fan bead measures 21mm tall x 25mm wide x 11mm thick. I have
finished this necklace with a 14kt gold filled trigger clasp and my signature tag. Measures approximately 19 inches
